Liars/Thieves. This has been the worst experience for my me and my husband. Danny, Michelle, Denise, Teddy(one of the movers) were all extremely unprofessional to start with. No one kept in contact with us to when our stuff would be arriving until last minute. We would call and leave messages, no return phone calls. After everything was loaded on the truck our quote went up $3,000!! We were so upset we didn't tip Teddy or his buddy. He probably was upset about that. All of our things were ransacked through when we got them in 11 days. We moved from Florida to Kansas. When I say ALL, I mean ALL of our rubbermaids and boxes were gone through. Nothing was in the original box, almost everything we packed was broken. There were numerous collector items of my husbands that were stolen. A LOT of my costume jewelry was stolen. Sean delivered our items with another worker and made all kinds of dents in our new apartment walls with the dollies. There were black marks all over our walls. Our mattress that was wrapped in plastic was all torn up. How does that happen? THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. I CAN'T BELIEVE WE GOT SCAMMED BY THEM! Do NOT use this company. Tell everyone. When they dropped our stuff off nothing was taken out of the box ie: our TV, nothing was reassembled!! This place is ridiculous and the people working for them should be very ashamed to work there for they are liars and thieves.

Absolutely fantastic. What more can I say, we coordinated our move through Regions Van Lines and every single step of the way was flawless. Our consultant was very pleasant and he just kept informing us anything and everything that can be expected during the course of a move.

Ted and his crew were amazing, they came when they said they would and I am not joking when I say this, every single piece of furniture was disassembled by them and I mean, our entertainment center which is huge with many pieces of glass, was taken apart, all the glass was wrapped and transported that way and when they arrived they re-assembled everything like it was sent from the factory. They were the most professional moving company we have ever dealt with. They were organized, prepared. Great experience.

Exactly what we expected from a mover. Amazing moving experience! We were told that moving can be a horror. But Regions Van lines proved differently. Our sales rep told us everything that was suppose to go on. We expected a great move and we got an excellent move. Thanks to the amazing crew everything went better then expected. Excellent move excellent crew excellent service. You will be the first we call if we ever need another move. Be sure you will receive a good word from us. Thank you again.

Job well done. Wanted to just give a fe word of appreciation to the Regions Van lines team. The crew showed up on time. We were moving from FL to IL but were not ready to receive delivery right away since our home was not going to be ready for a few months. We had a on site estimate for a full packing job. MY wife just had a baby so I did not want her to do anything physical on her own. We have a fairly big house with alot of collectibles. We had the team pack everything up since we wanted everything to be insured. We were very pleased with how the crew packed. They were very careful with our valuables.andthey paced boxes amazing. I would definitely hire them again if need be and would tell friends and family to use them for full service. The visual estimate they gave me was on point went up a few hundred dollars but I was prepared since it is difficult to know how many boces will be used when doing a full pack. When we were ready for delivery it took a reasonable amount of time. All of our stuff came no damages and nothing missing. Thank Regions for making our moving experience great. We appreciate all that you have done for us this was an amazing experience way better then the one that we had had in the past. Definitely recommend.

2Smooth, Professional, and Honest. My move was performed in 2 days we do have quite alarge home 5 bedrooms. We decided not to do any packing. The crew came in the first day and packed up the entire home. They were so careful with all our fragile china and collectibles. They handled our antiques with amazing care wrapping each piece beautifully. The crew was very nice and polite. The next day they came in an loaded the second truck. We are not going to be ready with our new home so the company gave us a free month of storage. We appreciate the entires staff honesty and professionalism. We will for sure recommend them to our friends family and colleagues. We are moving into a new home hopefully within a month can be locally or we will decide to move out of town. That is all up in the air but we can't wait. Our total price was $5200. Was very reasonable for all that was done . we actually thought it would cost much more.

Very Very hard workers great job!. We would like to sincerely thank the hard working team that showed up to do our move from Regions Van lines. We hired Regions Van lines to move us from Hollywood FL. to Chicago IL. I filled out my information on line and received massive emails and phone calls. Most of the emails were unrealistic as I did supply info that I was moving a 3 bedroom house. My sales rep at Regions Van lines Denise at ext 132 offered an onsite estimate. She was the first to give me all details that sounded accurate. The estimator came out to my home and was kind enough to give me 2 quotes one with packing and one without. The info that I was giving at the onsite was so very thorough. I felt very comfortable and made my decision based on that. The crew showed up with a Regions Truck in Uniform. The foreman walked through the house with me making sure what is going was on the list. I decided last minute to use partial packing service so I was just charged according to what was used. They did and amazing job handled our personal items carefully and let me tell you those guys work hard and never did I hear one complaint coming out of their mouths. My experience was a positive one. I know that not always can things go smoothly especially after the pick-up my delivery was as smooth and nothing was damaged or broken. Great experience overall from start to finish.

Mover's with heart and passion. Needed to find a moving company last minute to help me with the pack of my parents home. Since my mom just past. This was a difficult time for me but something that needed to be done. I was so emotional to even start this process but had bo choice. Regions Van Lines was referred to me by a really good friend. I am so happy that I chose them as they came in with total professionalism and understanding of my situation. I could not even do any packing it was so hard. They cam in and room by room packed for me but were so courtious to ask me what is going and what is not. You would think that a company that knew the situation would take advantage but this crew did the opposite . They allowed me to take my time while giving them direction on what goes and what stays. Keep in mind that my parents owned pieces of antique furniture that were irreplaceable. They wrapped each piece as if they were moving to another country. I could not have been more pleased with the amazing crew and their proffesionalism. The sales rep gave me 1 month free storage where I can put the items until I can figure out where I will be moving everything permanantly. My total experience and expense that I put out was worth every dollar. I knew that it would be costly since nothing was prepared in advance but let me just say every dime spent was worth it. Thanks again to the whole staff at Regions for making my situation an easy experience. I hope that everyone will use your company cause I will definitely recommend from the bottom of my heart . I know that my parents would be proud of the way that you handled their personal belongings with care. God bless you all.

Overall suberb moving experience. The movers were very professional and the price was competative. Wasn't the cheapest but was worth every penny. Just wanted to write a few words to show my appreciation and I would definitely use them again if need be on the futire and would recommend. We moved locally in miami.

Best moving experience ! Pleasantly suprised thanks. My experience with Regions Van lines was awesome I did hesitate a little since the reviews was so mixed. BUt I totally understand that you cannot always satisfy everyone and I was definitely willing to give them a try. I was moving back to NYC. First I made sure that someone can come out and give me a Visual estimate. The estimator cam out and walked through the entire home with me and made sure to ask me questions to assure which items are going and which items will not be going. I had asked him to give me a quote with and without packing since I was unsure if I was going to get everything done by the time they will come to get me. The price was little on the higher side but I was told from my friends who had suffered bad experiences not to compromise and go with a very low quote since it might hit me in the butt. The estmator was so friendly and so professional. When the crew arrived to my house they did exaclty what the representative told me they would do they would go by the list that I signed first to make sure that the items were accurate. They would pack what was on my estimate only and then everything else that was not on list would be given and additional price. I was totally ok with the extra charges since they did give me the option of sticking to my estimate and leaving the extras behind. I was totally impressed by them giving me the option. They wrapped a protected my belonging so well and the packing was unreal. All of my items arrived to NYC in excellent condition. I was very please and would definitely referr them to my friends and family. It seems to me hard to believe some of the reviews that I had read on here as the Regions team is very very Professional. Always two sides to every story your read. Give them a chance and you will see exactly what I am talking about. Definitely an great moving exerience.

TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE!!!!! WORST EVER!. My experience with Regions Van Lines was terrible. My best friend was temporarily moving across the country and I was helping her with the move. Money was an issue and to try to keep the cost down, we did most of the packing ourselves. They tried to sell to her that they would do the packing themselves. We carefully packed most of her belongings. Not being professionals, we left items such as heirloom china, some knick-knacks, and a 60” TV for the professionals to pack.

In the days before the move, they gave her hard time regarding deposits, contracts, estimates - basically everything was a hassle. Half the time, the sales rep was unavailable and would take too long, in my opinion, to get back to her. If my friend wasn’t so pressed for time I would have suggested another moving company.

When moving day finally came, the movers arrived late, gave a hassle about where to park their truck and were in the midst of saying they couldn’t do to the move because of the parking situation until a serviceman from the building came and guided them to park. The movers came into the apartment like a tornado and claimed they didn’t know they had to do any packing and did not make any allowance for time to pack and again threatened that they may not be able to move my friend. They had to call in to the sales rep to verify that they had to pack various items.

Two movers “packed” the TV. Well, what they did was put a piece of cardboard in front of it and one piece behind it and then taped it all around.

One mover “packed” the china. He basically put the china in a box and tried to stuff some paper around it. My friend asked repeatedly that it be wrapped in bubble wrap. The man refused. She got the supervisor and asked that the china be wrapped in bubble wrap. His response was “that’s not how we do it.” We asked why they couldn’t just comply with the request. Finally after a 20 minute argument over bubble wrap the supervisor asked the mover to wrap the china in bubble wrap.

The other items that they “packed” were carelessly tossed into boxes, left half-empty, and poorly taped shut. I told my friend we should have packed everything ourselves; we had done a better job.

They finally began taking boxes down to the truck using a hand truck all the while scratching the marbled floor and bumping into corners of the wall and damaging the walls all along the way to the elevator.

Then the supervisor came with the contract/bill for my friend to sign and pay. The cost was way over the estimate. At this point my friend had had enough and challenged the price. My friend called the company. The sales rep was nowhere to be found. An hour and a half later, my friend finally settled the matter with the company and the movers. She reluctantly gave them the tip for the day’s work and asked how long it would take to get to her new place. They told her that they first had to take it to a warehouse and then they would drive it across the country to her new place and it should take about ten days.

Twenty-two days later the truck arrived at my friend’s new place. All the boxes were completely smashed. The 60” TV – BROKEN. My friend called to complain and they refused to work with her or to take any responsibility. My friend then wrote a bad review. A customer serviceman called her and said if she would take down the review he would work the situation out for her.

After more than a month of “trying” to work it out, all my friend got for her broken TV was $150.

I was appalled that any company should behave so badly. I will never use this company and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

There should be a class action lawsuit against this company.

Regions Van Lines - please do not waste valuable time and money responding to this review with whatever "excuse" you have. It seems that you would be better off reviewing your business practices, policies, and ethics.
