I really love this place for the downstaris beauty choices and the upstairs pampering. I got a wonderful massage from Jackie and they have great mani/pedis.

i made an appointment based on my hotels recommendation, a scrub massage combo and facial. When i checked in at the busy desk i was greeted by a very nice receptionist and brought into the lovely warm spa. it smelled divine. they have beautiful candles burning throughout and fresh flowers too. After my treatments, which also smelled great, i opted to have a blowdry and a manicure, which they able to fit in and do at the same time. My final treat was a make over with a Nars specialist. All in all this was a great afternoon and i looked and felt the best i have in a long time. Have all your winter skin sloughed off and then show off your new buffed toes with a delicious pedicure. I am based in NY and cant wait to go back to have more treats for all you locals it's a hidden gem. Upstairs from a beauty store right on lincoln rd.
Pros: convenient walking location from the hotels on collins
Cons: very busy so book in advance for spa treatments

Being a martial artist I train very hard. Over the last couple months I have gone to Jackie at Brownes several times due to aches and pains. She is the only massage therapist that has been able to make the connection with my body and leave me feeling great. I highly recommend her.

Jackie gives the best massages. I highly recommend her. And Browne's is great over all, but if you want a fantastic massage, worth every penny, go see her. She's the best!!!

Alejandra was my massage therapist this morning ... She was just FANTASTIC. The service was just superb, the massage left me SO relaxed that I did not want to leave the table afterwards. The music, the ambiance, everything is just first class. I really look forward to my next visit.

After twenty years i have found the best person who provides waxing on my face. I have sensitive skin and break out after my lip and brow are waxed. But since I found Elaine at Brown's Beauty Spa, I have never broken out of stayed red for long periods of time. I can actually go to a meeting right after elaine waxes me and no one notices. Plus she's very sweet and the room is clean and comfortable.
Pros: great environment - very relaxing
Cons: nothing

I have very sensitive skin and waxing my brows and lips bruises me for 2 weeks. Elaine at Miami Beach's Brown's Beauty Spa convinced me to thread instead of wax and it was the best experience. Elaine is calm and very sensitive and she's been trained in the united states and brazil. what a great experience. i'll never go anywhere else except to Brown's on lincoln road!!!

I have lived on the beach now for 10 years and have gone to several spas. I visited your spa on Monday for the first time for a massage with Alehandra and facial with Ellie. I had the best experience at you spa on monday from both these ladies and have to say I will recommend your spa to all of my friends. Thanks again for a great experience will see you soon. Tom Kagel

Hard to know where to start but i booked my bridal party here and it was fantastic, we were 6 girls all together for hair, nails and makeup, they got us champagne and food, fruit plates and we got a room to change in also and it was a smooth as could be. They co-ordinated all the appts so everyone was somewhere and that we could be finished at the same time. My make up was stunning and even my mom who doesn't really wear much looked great, we had a fabulous time. Thanks to the whole team at Brownes we had great weather too and they got us cabs back to hotel and the owner was wonderful she took all our photo's with my digital and poured the champagne during the event. it took about 4 hrs but was well worth it. Then before the photo's at the national hotel [who'd recommended this place] they sent over a make up artist who checked our lipstick and fixed stray hairs. i would highly highly recommend this place to all fussy nervous brides. i noticed they can do like 10 mani/pedi services at once and the stylists were good too one even went out and bought fresh flowers at the farmers market for my bridesmaids updo's. service service service was awesome. i bought the big day package for me and my mom well worth it
Pros: excellent organizing for large groups
Cons: none at all

I tried for days to get in for a manicure and pedicure, granted i did leave it to last minute and want the coveted 6pm or after appointments , but i took a chance on a rainy night last week and they had a yippee cancellation!!! after hot delicious green tea a choice of at least 100 polishes to choose from, I sat down in a hot soaking tub that had just been cleaned with clorox wipes while i watched from the comfy couch. The girl was so nice and from Croatia but i forget her name. I now know you can book online and so apparently that is the best way to get in. The phones are always busy. while you are sitting the place is abuzz with a never ending stream of yogis coming and going to classes in the studio down the hall. I would highly recommend this place for evening appointments and you can still make happy hour at all the locales on Lincoln afterwards.
Pros: book online for appointments
Cons: phones are always busy
