Although I tend to use these reviews, I have never written one...until now, as I think these ladies deserve some free advertisement. I recently moved here from MA and was not looking forward to finding a new estetitician. Looking on-line today, I found Wax On, Wax Off. It was local and had at least one pleased customer (which I agree isn't many, but they have to start somewhere). As all the other spas were miles away, I thought, "okay, just this once. If they are terrible, next time you can make the drive." Tiely was anything BUT terrible! She was knowledgeable, skilled and professional. The wax itself was quick and painless, despite her meticulous attention to detail (she used a tweezers to clean up any strays). The spa is small, but open, bright, and clean. Refreshments are served. There is a 15% discount for being a new customer and the price was very reasonable. Both ladies are friendly and warm. I highly recommend the spa.
Pros: nearly painless, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, great hours, great for Coconut Grove residents
Cons: small facility, so they cannot expand, which I'm certain they will have to do soon (You go girls!)

I was a little nervous to try a new waxing place, so I got my boyfriend to go with me. The staff is so friendly, and they even "manscaped" my guy. He usually gets ingrowns on his back, but nada. We got free champagne at the end & the owner chatted with us. My wax was quick & was done by an actual brazilian! From now on, I'm going to WOWO, and have recommended it to all of my friends.
Pros: Expert Service, Great Packages, Free Parking, Cool Place

First, everyone is so nice & they make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is awesome, and the employees are so professional. It's cheaper than my other wax place, they were fast & didn't hurt (not as much at least) & you get a glass of champagne when you're done. I also bought some stuff for ingrown hairs there & haven't got one since. I recommend them to everyone!
Pros: Cool place, free parking, free champagne, fast
