04:00 AM pick up and a three hours delayed return - couldn't get them off track

For my money, this is how all limo services should run. I had an outbound flight at 05:45, had to be picked up a little after 04:00AM, the car was in my driveway 15 minutes ahead of schedule. On the way back my flight from O'Hare was delayed by nearly 3 hours. Somehow they figured it out and same driver was there waiting for me - no extra charge, no nasty surprises. Fantabulous service at a decent price. I did find two cheaper companies but I don't think the word "cheap" would have gotten me this kind of attention and such good service at 4AM. Highly recommended.
