Great leader

I have been around Mike for ten years and in those years he has turned me and many others into great grapplers and champions.In the last couple of years I have slowed down my training,but I have come by on a regular basis to see how the young kids of tomorrow are doing.I have never seen kids,teens,and adults improve more in a shorter time than what Iam seeing at Extreme MMA.Mike is a person is going teach you everything he knows about this great sport. There is no holding back with Mike,his philosophy about teaching is to show you everything he knows and not hide any of his technques.

My Son Loves It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is such a great place,What a caring staff.The facility is extremely well kept, have many safety precautions in place and have a great curriculum. My son is in his second year there and I am very impressed with the amount of learning that is happening. It is more of a learning school than a play-based day care. They have very flexible hours and are more than accommodating. I can see it in the smile everytime I pick up my son!

Outstanding place to learn martial arts!

I have been training in different martial arts for the past 18 years. I am certified to teach law enforcement officers in self defense, and I am certified to teach a traditional karate style of martial arts. I was looking for a place near my home to train with both my children. A friend recommended Michael Cordoso at Extreme MMA.

After taking a jiu-jitsu class with my son, I was excited. I knew that I had found an instructor and gym which truly was interested in teaching. I later took both classes in "MMA" and no gi jiu-jitsu. The school had everything I was looking for.

Michael Cordoso is a very experienced instructor. He has created an environment of learning and sharing of martial arts. As a law enforcement officer, I needed a gym to get in better shape as I learned self defense. My son was interested in learning Brazilian jiu-jitsu and also "MMA" techniques.

Extreme MMA is designed for anyone who wants to learn whether the individual wants to compete in traditional jiu-jitsu, no gi jiu-jitsu, MMA, or just wants to get into shape. The instructors and students have created an atmosphere of hard work and learning. As a father, I know that when my son is training he is surrounded by those who wish to teach, learn, and embody the positive attributes of martial arts.

If you are an individual who wants to get into shape, or a person who wants to begin to compete in jiu-jitsu, or a professional MMA fighter who needs a gym to learn and train, Extreme MMA is the place for you.

Extreme Martial Arts

Well were to start like my cousin ricky said Extreme martial arts has done alot for me and my cousin it made me into a in shape jiu-jitsu fighter and one of the top teenagers in Florida. I now work for Extreme after being in this beautiful academy for 2 1/2 years. I guess what im trying to say is Extreme is not an academy that will rip you off of your money you will get the attention and motivation to become the skilled fighter you set out to be.

Kids Class, Save yourself the time and start with the best?..Extreme MMA!!!

I have had my 7 y/o son in Extreme MMA for over 1 year. During this time Sensei Michael Cardoso has shown the patience and tenacity to cope with the young and teach from the heart. He has the knowledge and expertise in many forms of martial arts that he has gain throughout the years as a lifelong student in the sport. My son looks forward to going to the dojo and I wouldn?t have it any other way. I have tried other dojos and I?m thankful to have found one of the best in Miami. Save yourself the time and start with the best?..Extreme MMA.

This is a great MMA school, very clean, knowledgeable staff, great price and variety of classes such as; brazilian jiu-jitsu, kick boxing, muay thai, etc.

I really enjoy Extreme MMA, you need to try it. I promise you won't regret it.

Extreme MMA Rocks!!!

I highly recommend Extreme MMA if you are looking to get in shape as I took kickboxing classes there for a few months and LOVED IT!! The classes not only taught me a certain valuable self-discipline that I never knew I had, but also pushed me physically and mentally to new heights. The classes offered a well-balanced mix of strength training, punching and kicking techniques. I noticed that my flexibility and self-discipline skills greatly improved during the time that I devoted to training and I felt that I was lead by a great group of teachers under Sensei Cardoso.

Great Academy

This is the best academy by far. I have trained at other academies and I always seemed to get lost in the crowd, here at Extreme everyone is like family, they make you feel comfortable and you are able to get that one on one training. Sensei Mike is a great teacher and has stayed after class many times for me and others to give his 110 % to work with us on some techniques that maybe we had been having trouble with. Sensei Mike Cardoso is the owner and the head instructor, he is an experienced martial artist and very knowledeable in MMA. He has competed in numerous tournaments around the world and his instructors are all great. The gym has an actual MMA cage, punching bags, very well equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend Extremme MMA, They also have kids classes and are open 6 days a week. Don't wait!

ExTreme MMA..

Where to start, where to start.. Well this relativly new MMA gym has shown me that a new business facility can reach the pinnacle of its career as soon as its doors open. I've been with Sensei Micheal Cardoso since he opened the school and i must admit that this gym is the most intense, dedicated, and diciplined academy that I've ever been involved with. I wrestled for a few years before i came to train with these people, and since the day I first drew sweat on the mat I've been at the top of my game. For 3 1/2 years I've been winning tournaments left and right and all i am is a product of Sensei Mike Cardoso and his training staff. Shout out to Javill, Ian, Ray, Orlando, and now juan and my cousin Ruben. Our gym is on its way up to surpassing all these academies you hear so much about. We're beating all local gyms very convincingly. Give us a year or two' we'll be at the top. Extreme MMA. Enough said.

i've trained jiu jitsu for years at a couple of diffrent academys and this is the only acadmy were i have found the individual attention that i like...i like the classes but when i need that one on one training to perfect my techniques the intructors are always willing and able to help. this has helped me out a lot in my competitions. the school is well equipped with everything you need and has a cage and a bunch of guys ready to roll or spar...i have a great time at extreme, everyone is cool and down to earth, everyone treats eachother like family, its a great enviroment to train and to learn. Sensai Cardoso is a remarkable teacher, i always learn something new, and when i think i got it all down packed he teaches me something to make me even better....i love it, anyone interested in coming in, don't wait anymore come in trust me its worth it.

I LOVE EXTREME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE EXTREME!!!! I'M ADDICTED. I've studied martial arts for years and this is the first time in my life i go to a school where everyone treats you and trains you like your family regardless of the experience you have or don't have. Sensai Cardoso is a one of a kind instructor, not only is he extremely knowledgable about mma but he's a very down to earth guy. Great teacher....no matter how many times you don't get it he explains it to you until you do...even if it means staying late after class. Everyone at the school is great and welcoming, and the intructors are all great teachers. I wouldn't go anywhere....in tha mma world this is my home.
