Best food in downtown Miami

This place is my escape! I have eaten at this cafe about 100 times and each time, the food just taste better. Their oxtails melt right off the bone and the brown stew chicken has this incredible sauce!! Their natural juices are awesome--they taste just like ripe picked fruits! Their menu is very diverse and international and the ambience and the service is terrific..and the place is extremely clean! This is not a typical Jamaican hole in the wall but can be best described as a quaint little bistro.... they have the total package--good food, music, upscale clientele, nice company and despite the long lines, the average waiting time to be served does not exceed 5 minutes!
