I've been going to Allure for a while now for my nails. I recently started doing my hair there after I saw Alex's highlights on a beautiful blonde that he was doing the day I went in. I'm so glad that I chose to leave my stylist of 5 years to try out Alex. I love his personality and his work is hard to beat. He listens to you and makes awesome suggestions. He gave me two tone Highlights and gave me an amazing cut. I look hot! My husband loves Alex too. Hahaha. Thanks Alex. You're the best.

I had been to Allure several times with different people. This time, I was told to go to Alex . I came in just to do my root color, no big deal. This guy turn my hair orange , I was so shocked, I paid and left fast. And, I also have to say that he was acting very strange. In all fairness to the rest off the stylist, I have never had any of the others do a bad job.

Just wanted to share the incredible experience I had at Allure Salon with Irina. I recently moved to Miami and had to find a new salon after having gone to the same salon my entire life. After hearing rave reviews, I gave it a try and was thrilled with everything including the color, cut and blowdry. Irina is a pro and a total perfectionist. She was incredibly patient with me during the color selection process. She even came in on her day off to do my hair because I was going out of town!! I could not have been happier with the results!!

I started coming to Allure Salon because of a promo that they were doing on the UM campus. I called and spoke with Pablo. He was really friendly and patient with me as well as accomodating. I told him that I was really picky with my hair and exactly what I was looking for. Based on that he recommended Alex for me and told me that based on what I had discussed with him Alex would be the best choice. I was surprised at how honest he was with me. He told me that just because he recommended Alex it didn't mean that the other stylist weren't skilled or adequate. He wanted to make sure that I would be with the person that would work best with what I was looking for. I came in and was not greeted with classical music or arrogance(like most other salons). Alex was soooo friendly and honest with me. He gave me a full makeover. He did my full color, highlights, and a haircut and blowdry. He is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Now, I find any excuse to go in. I have a really good time at Allure. The people are upbeat and energetic without being overwhelming. They know how to make you feel welcome without a hint of snootiness. If you're looking for a great job, fun people and atmosphere Allure and Alex are definitely for you. If you want to be fanned and have phony conversations or deal with hypocrisy, do not go here because I guarantee that you will not feel at home. I LOVE YOU GUYS......

if youre going to provide awful service and then write your own reviews for your own business, have a better imagination to spell 'A LOT' right. if you notice ALOTTE is not how you spell it. As most of the rebuttal reviews have.

I have to Thank Allure, and their stylist Sonia for fixing my horrible hair color that someone else did. I swear I felt there was no hope for the nasty orange color that I had. I was recomended to a woman stylist (sonia) She was so nice and patient with me.. She told me that I would walk out of the salon with beautiful color, not to worry. She kept her promise !!!!! I love my hair again, the color is perfect and my hair is healthy. Everyone in the salon was very nice too, offering me coffee, tea, cookies. All I can say is THANKs I will be back, and my friends want to go to her too.

I've been going to Armin for several months and I have ALWAYS loved my cut and color. When I go in I usually just tell him to do what ever he wants, and he knows my hair and he always does something new and hot. I would never think of going to anyone else to get my hair done.

Jazzy Haircut Getting Compliments after Six Weeks! Carlos Callazo gave me the only haircut in my life that EVERYONE loves! EVERYONE has told me NEVER to wear my hair any Other way !!!! I have been getting short haircuts for 45 years, and NEVER have I gotten complete agreement and compliments from every person I know. After six weeks, I am still getting sincere, emphatic compliments! THANK YOU, Carlos! You have made me look Jazzy and twenty years younger! BB
