I Planned my move 3 month in advance and recieved the exact same service i was promised. kiko, my sales rep followed up with me through the entire time to make sure flatrate will provide me with the best service. my move went so well that i felt like i had never moved.flatrate packed and unpacked the boxes and furniture and everything was done by 5pm i paid my guaranteed price and was very happy. i will use this company with no doubt.
