You are paying for their rent..Don't get ripped off!!

From the Physician to the staff, The Miami Institute reflects everything Miami has a bad reputation for. Rude, pretentious, and FAKE!! They make you feel as if you should be thankful a place like that would even consider seeing you. When I said I wanted to finance the coordinator practically rolled her eyes at me and then brought me an application. Their prices are astronomical!! Who can pay $7,800 for a Breast Augmentation??!! Not to mention you have to pay for parking. I had to pay $15.00 for 1 hour! Their prices must be this high to maintain an office at the four seasons. I'm more interested in the warmth, care of a staff and the doctors credentials. Needles to say, I went elsewhere. I had my surgery and my breasts are beautiful!! I paid $6,000 with all charges included! If your smart you will not go to this place. You will pay to waste your time.

Not your typical chop shop

Just walking into this place makes your realize this is someting totally different. I had brought my sister in for a consultation regarding a breast augmentation. I had no idea that the place was much more than just a cosmetic surgery place. In the end, she got her surgery, and I got a new set of veniers. We were both very impressed with the staff. Her surgeon really prepared her for what to expect, and my dentist gave me a smile that I never thought I could have.

Besides the great staff, the facilities are awesome! It just feels futurisitic. From every step, you are impressed. Thankfully the results matched the setting.

I'd definately recommend this place to anyone looking for something above the rest.

Best Overall Experience

Great Service! They treat you like family. They are very accomodating and have a relaxing atmosphere.Staff has always been friendly. I love the private rooms. I found them in the many ads,I read in the magazines.The doctors were very understanding. They gave me lots of options. they offer financing, This helped.I had the money to pay it ,at once and decided to pay it over a year, interest free! Many places do not offer this option.They do not make you feel like a poor person when offering the services either ,like some over the top centers. I reccommed visting the web site. I was able to sign up for a lecture and got a bonus gift certificate for just showing up.. Plus ........I learned a bunch. I saw before and after pictures and took notes . I was very prepared to meet the doctors and ask any questions. I belive the more informed you are the more realistic outcome you can have.The better experience you will have. The better patient you can be. Ask them anything, these doctors know their stuff. Having plastic surgery is not like shopping for a car. Lots of car dealer ships have Honda' s, with plastic suregery . Please remember the results are with you longer than a two year lease on a car. You should feel at home and have confidence in the doctor and their staff. I normally do not tell anyone I had work done. Sometimes when speaking to friends it has come up. At this point .I make it a point to tell them about my experience at the Miami Institute. I almost forgot in most other outpatient centers I was never offered to stay with my own private nurse. Best of all the nurse stays with you in your own room at the Four seasons Hotel.The Miami institute has access to the rooms through a back enterance so no one knows or sees you. I feel asleep I a great bed. The next day after surgery. I went for my post op visit and took the elevator this was very easy. I did not want to bother any of the family picking me up and dropping me off 2 days in a row. Call them and meet them.

Best place for a full makeover

I've been several times and I'm always impressed with the place. The staff is incredibly friendly. It is a place that makes you feel that you deserve to be there. I like to treat myself every now and then and here I really feel like a king.

Best collection of doctors from plastic surgery to wellness and even cosmetic dentistry

I like this place because you are treated like family but at the same time in a very professional and courteous manner. The staff is friendly yet went overboard to make me feel at home. This was the first time I was ever going to have surgery and an elective one at that (my eyes were looking a little tired :-( ). They made me feel safe and secure and the doctor was great- a specialist in facial procedures. I am very happy with my result and I can say I really look refreshed. They have some type of certification that makes you feel safe as a patient. On top of that,they are very private and discreet- I really didn't want anyone knowing I was having this done -they have private waiting rooms and a side exit. Overall a great experience!

• Cons: I wished they were open on the weekends so I could get facials and stuff.

Best Comprehensive Medical Practise for Aging

Most uniques place offering many services based on aging. The place is beautiful and the staff very friendly. Medical team top notch.

• Pros: Valet parketing, no waiting rooms, comprehensive services
• Cons: difficult to get an appointment
