Clear, precise instruction

Liz is a master at verbalizing instructions and making them so clear and precise that one internalizes them forever! Best pilates instructor I've ever had, her method has made me excercise more intelligently no matter what I am doing.

My experience

My experience at Pilatez by Liz is in one word AMAZING.

I've not felt this healthy, vibrant and young in over 10 years.

Couple things you should know about Pilates:

1. Yes its work. (Anything worth it, IS)

2. A positive CAN do attitude is paramount.

3. Don't expect Instant Coffee. (It takes time)

Just like a house built on a good foundation weathers the test of time, pilates will give your body that GREAT foundation to live your life spectacularly. Work hard, Play hard!
