very proffessionel,friendly and good service

I went to the spa for a massage,facial and a hairtreament.Everthing was perfect.

The massage was very relaxing ,the facial proffessionel and my hairtreatment with Patrick was wonderfull.The products from Kerastase are great.My haircut and blowdry was perfect with Laurent.

This is my favorite place.

WORST PLACE FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS!!!!

i went to this spa for a consult to get some hair extensions.. the stylist Adrian told me that the extensions would not fall out and if they did, it would only be about 4 or 5, he NEVER SHOWED ME BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES!!! even when i asked him he sayd they didnt have any, he charged me 2,500 and i got them done, the second time i washed my hair 10 to 15 were coming off , and after going back for him to put them on, he sayd he would only do it if he charged me 60 dollars per hour ,,,,i had to get my lawyer involved and i had to find another salon where they would remove the shyt he put in my hair ..WHEN IT WAS HIS FAULT FOR RECOMENDING THOSE CRAPPY EXTENSIONS ... IM WARNING YOU DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS WITH IN THIS SPA IT WILL BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE YOU WILL EVER HAVE!!!!

even the testimonials are fake, they dont let you add a review, or testimonial i've been to elemis spa also in coral gables wayyy better place for hair extensions facial, and wraps there are awsuuumm!!!!!!!!!!

Top Quality Services

The services at elite spa are top notch. Every service that I have received at this day spa has been great. It seems that quality of services are the main focus of the spa. The decor and extra frufru is nothing like the setai or the mandarine oriental, but the services are better or equal to these very expensive lux spas. As with most salon/spas, it can on occasion be a little noisy, but this is rare and never enough to bother my relaxation. If quality of services is what is desired, then elite spa would be a prime choice.

• Pros: Great services, experienced and knowledgable staff, sells bumble and bumble hair products!
• Cons: Decor is not amazing, some times noises are heard.

Very disappointed experience

Let's start with the receptionist could not locate my appointment, to 30 mins wait before I get my first treatment. The facial was a joke and the person did it either unprofessional or be licensed, no exfoliation/UV light for antibacterial after the extraction/no toner/eye cream after the facial. Best of all, the facialist was also the one who did my manicure and pedicure. She saved some lotion from the facial for my hand massage later!! The person who washed my hair also blow dry it and he is definitely not the stylist. He may have never blow dry before and he focused on the same spot for a longest time and my skull was basically burnt! One thing to keep in mind if you get their gift certificate is it only valid for 3 months from date of issue, if you don't use it on time, tough luck!!

HEADACHE AND A HEFTY BILL

I was escorted to a minature closet space. As I expained the points of greater interest, I heared a loud voice coming from the room next door, can you lower your voice! There was someone next door? and I was whispering! From that moment on...it was peopke talking load, drawers opening and closing...it was noisy and obtrusive rather then a heaven for relaxation! I got up off the bed 3 times and she kept saying listen to the music. I came out of it with a huge headache...and I was not given a discount, offered relief or any other freaking thing, except and huge bill and told that the usual tip was $20. Oh yeah, and that someone would call me to find out what happened. Huh?

I highly recommend you stay away from it! You could be next!

Best salon and SPA ever!

I tried their salon services, and I found the salon to be beatifully decorated and private. I needed highlights. Because it is in a private loft, you are not paraded in front of people walking down the sidewalk! I also had the most relaxing massage and facial. I found their staff to be very knowledgeable and professional. I have found a place that I can go to and would recommend to anyone!

I Found It!

This spa has exactly what I've been searching for! I immediately felt like I was part of a great group of friends. Every courtesy was extended to me. I was given a tour of the entire extensive facility, offered an array of different beverages, and always greeted with a smile. The services were obviously performed by seasoned veterans. I couldn't have been in more capable hands. My massage and facial were both in the top ten I've ever recieved. When I was done, I felt relaxed and naturally beautiful from my styled hair to my freshly polished toe nails. I would recommend this spa to anyone and everyone. It's definitely on the top of my list for gifts to recieve as well as give!

Treat yourself with the best service

I visited Elite Spa last year, and they treated me the best ever ! I left the place feeling like a million bucks with a silky smooth skin ,and an overall glow to be noticed . Ready to have a fun in Miami !

It's worth the drive ,even if staying on the South Beach.

I also recommend the hair salon . I'm 26 and my hair has never been cut that good before or since than...

I can't wait to go back there ! A Woman form India treated my body and a Guy with very short hair gave me a hair cut.Sorry I don't remember their names.Both with great personalities !

Everything is worth the money. I really think,

I at least got what I paid for . Coudn't be more pleased ...

Maria is great!

I've been going to Maria for a few months. The waxing there is awesome. I've tried so many different places, but she is amazing. The atmosphere is very calm, but the services are a little pricey. I can only account for the waxing services personally, but I bought my mom a spa package and she absolutely loves it!
