THE DRIVERS WERE HORRIBLE AND NOT PUNCTUAL. THEY CONTINUOUSLY BAD MOUTHED THEIR OWN COMPANY AND ITS OWNER , CALLING HIM A THEIF ETC....... BY THE WAY THE OWNER IS THE ONE THAT WROTE THE PREVIOUS REVIEW - " RICKVASACE ".
Pros: DRIVER WAS BRUTALLY HONEST

They are very professional and always on time. The drivers are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. I use them regulary for business travel. They always send me an email confirmation of my booking, and their drivers call me the night before I travel to confirm with me by phone. This avoids any mistakes and puts my mind at ease. Their drivers always show up 15 mins early and the one time they where 15 mins late they gave me a free ride. Thats what I call customer service.
Pros: You gotta love these guys.
