Hate it!

When my husband gave me the gift card for this spa I was very happy! I always wanted to go to Enemis. The place is beautiful and relaxing.

Unfortunately this was the most terrible, painful and scary facial of my life. The russian lady was really nice but she made me cry. My skin is not that bad at all, and even if was she need to be more careful. To complete my "relaxing" experience this was the first time that I was left with scars from a facial for at least 1 week! Absurd! I still have some money in the gift card but I am never going back!

The Best in Miami... and I've tried many...

From the minute you step into the spa, you know you are in for a treat. The people are super nice... and the massage I had was incredible. They did everything right, from the environment, to skin care... Stay tuned -- I have a follow-up visit planned.

Divine!!

Pampering for the Goddess...that's how I felt while receiving all kinds of massages, facials and hair care...Ivon at the Salon performed a miracle....I literally look and feel 10 years younger....Very pricey, but pricelss!

AVOID THIS SPA!!!!

I was very excited to go and relax in a "highended" spa... Sorry, but all they wanted was my money and for me to purchase products. A lot of money worth of products, I had a massage and a facial and the bill including products would had been over $1500.00, COME ON!!!!

I could not recommend this spa even to my worst enemy!

SPEND YOU MONEY AND TIME ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been to spa all over the world, and receive facial regular basis because I have an acne problem. I called one week advanced to make an appointment and I made a call to confirm for that day driving. Then they said they don't have my name on the list. I gave all my credit card info and etc. And phone reception was very cold and rude and cheap to say 'They are sorry'. Wasted my time. So I went to back next day, still rude receptionist, stood me up in front of her and answering phone calls non-stop. Spa is beatiful, but Janpanese silk facial was boring and nothing special, unresonablly over priced. I wouldn't repeat.

A visit to the Elemis Spa for any one of their many offerings is truly an experience to be treasured. From the moment you walk thru the doors, you are made to feel comfortable and relaxed. You forget that there is an outside world! I feel like I am in a private paradise! Elemis brings pampering to a whole new level!

Amazing Experience!

I was extremely satisfied with each and every one of Elemis Day Spa's services. Their atmosphere is very warm & friendly and provided one of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. The results I received from my facial were amazing! I was thrilled and very impressed with Elemis and will definitely be making many more visits.

Silk facial and total body massage

I have had the silk facial twice, several months apart. The difference in my skin was amazing and the benefits lasted. I was never pressured into purchasing any products.

I have also had the pleasure of a full body massage, and it was a wonderful experience by a well-trained massause.

The staff is pleasant, never over bearing or pressuring to purchase and always respectful of your needs.
