little bit disappointed

Moved from NY, visited many spas in NY and in another states also. This resort has great spa facilities, but the service gives them a bad name. Visited for skin care, but the service and the skills from the staff was poor. Disappointed. Will not return for skin care anymore.
The ultimate location in regards to luxurious golf accommodations in Miami.

The Scene
This resort is one of the most prestigious golf clubs on the PGA tour. It has five championship courses and is home to the Jim McLean Golf School. Following a $25 million renovation completed in 1999, accommodations range from comfortably furnished guest rooms to elegant Spa Suites adorned with curving staircases, fountains and private dressing rooms. The award-winning restaurants Windows on the Green and the Atrium serve American and Continental cuisine.
The Details
Of the resort's 43 Spa Suites, the grandest is the two-bedroom Premier Suite, which features a parlor, a dining room, a complete entertainment center and a balcony with a 180-degree view of the golf course. Each bedroom has a separate entrance and a separate bathroom with a whirlpool bath. A children's camp is located on-site. The concierge can arrange sailing and fishing tours as well as concert and theater tickets. A variety of golf, spa and tennis packages is available.
