I placed an order for Mother's Day flowers for my husband's 92-year-old grandmother this week to arrive yesterday, and it is now Mother's Day and she got no flowers. They sure charged my credit card, though, and their distribution vendor couldn't take the time to call her back when she called to ask if and when she could expect a delivery. When I called Anthony's to ask about it, they said there was no one available to speak to me. The worst possible service. I hope grandmother is here next Mother's day to receive flowers -- they sure won't be coming from Anthony's.

Cons: disappointing a 92-year old woman and collecting their money anyway? you tell me.

I wanted to send a gift to my Grandmother. I called Anthony's with a request, as the same request had been taken care of last year. I wanted to ask for a specialty boquet, rather than choose one from their website. The woman on the phone was just RUDE!!!! Her voice and attitude was atrocious!!! I cannot believe they actually are a successful business. When I tried to explain that I ordered a specialty boquet last year, she just kept insisting that I was wrong and that it was a different florist, even though I had their card in my hand. She also just kept speaking over me as if I were a child. She was HORRIBLE!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ANTHONY'S AGAIN, AND NEITHER WILL MY FAMILY MEMBERS. ANTHONY'S WAS TERRIBLE

My husband order me flowers for Valentine's at this florist, but it was 4:00 o clock and I left work without receiving my flowers. When I called and complained that they should have at least made a notation in their website (when placing an order) that the flowers could still arrive at 4:59pm, IF YOU DON'T PAY AN ADDITIONAL FEE, (because they guarantee until 5:00pm). I don't see the purpose of receiving my flowers on my way out to the parking lot. The lady who took my call was rude and answered that it wasn't 5:00pm and that it was our fault for not specifying that we wanted to receive our flowers earlier, because that's an additional fee aside from the delivery and tax. She didn't apologize at all!...They should have better planning....DON'T RECOMMEND!!!
