Bad Customer Service

Their service is horrible, their reps are very rude. They want to hurry and get you off the phone. They should not carry on more new business if they can not keep up with customer service for the old customers.

The give you no information to try to save money somehow. Greed is the word that comes to mind when I speak to them.

They are a very busy office and this is because they are very good at bringing in customers but very bad at providing the follow up service. I have been with them for many years and I have yet to receive good service from them. They are all about brining in new business and unless you are going to continue adding products with them they might as well not waste their time with you.
