I live in Bradenton, FL where we have a choice of Pizza Hut or Domino's. So of course I love Steve's pizza! Seriously, I have been to Steve's probably 5 times and the pizza seems to taste better and better each time. I love going in there and reading everyone's message's on the wall. It looks like a lot of great memories were made there. I totally recommend Steve's!

Their food is OK and their pizza is very good, but don't trust them with your credit card number. I've had two bad experiences with them on credit card charges. They charged me for food I never ordered, which I am in the process of disputing with my credit card company. And on another occasion they were supposed to give me a charge back on food that was 45 minutes late and never did. After 12 days of being told it would be taken care (which was not) they finally replaced the food for free, which I had to go pick up. That's when I found out they charged me for food I never ordered (when going over my back statement). Warning - what ever time they tell you that your order will be delivered in - "at least double it". This happens almost every time I've ordered delivery from them. I will never use a credit card with them again,. Or will I order delivery from them ever again.

Pros: Great pizza

Cons: Very bad delivery service. Don't trust with credit card.

It is the worst pizza anyone could ever have. The bottom of the pizza is brown and hot, but the top tastes cold; the vegetables were raw, the sauce which it barely has tasted bad. It was six of us, and we all felt sick! The whole pizza from beginning to end tastes wet and soggy, it taste like anything but pizza. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Without mentioning their bad attitude. Also the place was dirty and there were flies flying around us, the table was dirty. It was a HORRIBLE experience.

Ive lived in Italy, had the best pizza ever there. I also love to cook and many times make my own pizza. Tonight, we decided to try Steve's. Not impressed at all. I just couldn't understand the taste buds of all these reviewers applauding the place. Under cooked dough. Wrong tomatoes for a pizza! Too much liquid in the vegies made the dough so soggy. Also, the dough was tasteless. It tasted like dough. Either they didn't use enough salt or no imagination to use some herbs to take it to the next level. I just knew once I opened the box something was wrong. I won't be going back for seconds. Don't recommend the place. Take your chances after so many good reviews, wonder how many are false?

Pros: it's the only pizza place around in that area.

Cons: the pizza was just bad

We have been ordering from Steve's for years. We really love the food, the best pizza and eggplant parm. in town. The only drawback is the incrediable rudeness of the employees. Nasty to the core.

***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*** Must order: an individual slice of cheese pizza. The dough will be the perfect; Mild, and just the perfect amount of crispiness.(slightly crispy) The fresh mozzarella cheese is always the perfect topping when you're not too hungry. Last is Steve's famous pizza sauce; it is bursting with flavors with that of a sweet, vine-ripened tomato. It brings the pizza together and brings the customers back for more. Steve's sweet tomato sauce may also turn off few people, but it is what makes it stand out. Late night is the busiest time for Steve's. You may find yourself waiting in a long line AND waiting for seating at 12:30am wednesday morning.WORTH IT. warning: be careful when you order toppings. They tend to overload them. I once ordered so many toppings, it reached almost 2 inches high!

Pros: sweet pizza sauce, loyal customers

Cons: late night long wait

Just moved back to new jersey..and i can't believe that there is a pizza place in miami that is in a league of its own..I've been back in n.j. since september and i'm craving a slice of steve's pizza..and believe me there are tons of great pizzeria's here and i've yet to find one as good as steve's...that sauce, that crust..unreal..is the picture of Andrew Dice clay still on the wall.? .love that picture..dice is bald and looks like he ate about 10 pie's by himself..lol..i think he had a harley davidson cut off t on..Don't ever get rid of that pac man machine..yes the ambiance..from the pizza guy yelling out your name when your pizza is ready..always made me feel like I was home in nj..well my next trip down you know where i'm going..Food network should have a throw down with Bobby Flay.!!!.

It took 45 minutes to get a delivery tonight, I asked for a can of soda and the server agknoledged me on it but thwne it was delivered there wasnt a soda. -_- the pizza was drenched and soggy, it looked square like the box, and the anchovies didnt taste fresh enough for me. They are a great place but they have changed their ways over the years. I;ve tasted there pizza for 15 years. i think its starting to get bad, o and btw, the delivery man Bluntly asked for tip. very intimadating.

Pros: prompt service

Cons: pizza wasnt all that.

We drove from south beach to eat at Steve's. WE LOVE IT!!! They put something very special in the sauce (like crak). It took forever for them to make a pizza and it was very hot at first. Workers are a little shady... the guy called my boyfriend Pappito. There was a homeless lady sleeping in one of the booths. Maybe don't take somebody there on a first date. Lost of cops go here. I've seen at least 6 at Steve's Pizza the past two days. The combination of sauce and crust was amazing. HIGHly recommended ;) Listen to Dave Matthews on the way back from steves.

This was a great kept secret that needs to be shared. Awesome pizza! Great Service...Just not enough seats.

Cons: not enough seats....but if the changed it, it would lose its charm!!
