Most professional, polite and knowledgeable jewelers in MIami. I was expecting a regular storefront jewelry store type of setting but the Dupont Building location is very safe. The staff from the front desk to the two jewelers I spoke with were very fair, most knowledgeable and polite. I was feeling a little intimidated but I was immediately put at ease by the professionalism of the entire staff.
