Major Blahness

I went to a wedding that hired this place for the floral arrangements and all I can say is that they looked blah. I really was unimpressed by the arrangements. I checked out the place on here to see if others shared my opinion, but was surprised by some of the reviews actually being positive. All I'll say is when I hire someone for my wedding, Florana will not even be in the running.

Great flower arrangements and service!

The best place in Miami for incredible flower arrangements is Florana. Quality of service and the arrangements are second to none. Florana created a unique and incredible center piece for our daughter's Quince celebration. I have called several times with short notice on special occasions; they never disappoint and have come through every time. Their service is friendly and professional. I can't say enough about how great they are at exceeding my expectations.

Worst Flower Place in Miami

I have been to countless flower shops, Florana though is truly unique. Why? Oh maybe because it's the only place I've ever been to where the owner (or manager--as she was the "lady in charge") is utterly rude, sarcastic, and downright nasty. Usually in the business world, business owners like to be (get ready for a revolutionary idea) POLITE. Well, not at Florana's!

As for the product? Does it make up for such horrid treatment? Well, if you're a fan of old, wilted, brown-edged flowers...by all means go to this place.

Seriously, why is this place even in business? Head over to the flower shops on 8 street on the edge of the Gables or go to the Gables for some gorgeous flowers and ATTENTIVE service.
