Scammed. Don't use this place. I arrived with my ticket marked paid because unlike Adam's, I am very organized and I always keep my receipts. She insisted that I never paid and that I owed money for this repair, she said that I was presenting a stub from the previous repair. Not true! I paid in advance both times that I used this place. Something changed, I hadnt used Adam's in a long time until recently. Maybe new owners? To top it off, she was arguing with me in front of the customer waiting behind me. She needs some business classes, badly.

Awful: Stay Away. I went to this place to pick up two pairs of shoes that my mom had dropped off earlier. Why she left my shoes at this place, i have no idea. The place is so messy and disorganized with shoes and purses EVERYWHERE. (I uploaded a picture I took with my phone). And there's pictures of her and her husband everywhere. I don't know what "celebrities" came to this place that another review spoke about. There were some pictures of strange people signed, but I didn't know one of them.

I walked in and the woman (china) was on her phone texting. She didn't look up from her phone when she said hello, which is all she said. When I told her I was there to pick up two pairs of shoes she continued to text for another 5 minutes while I stood there. After I gave her the ticket, she asked what the shoes looked like and what the brand name was because clearly she couldn't find them. She gave me one pair and said the other pair would be ready in another 15 minutes.

I left and came back 15 minutes later to a man screaming at her that she was crazy, I wasn't surprised. And then as she made me wait another 25 minutes, assuring me the shoes would be ready soon. Then she told me they wouldn't be ready until tomorrow.

Everyone that came in and wanted to use a credit card, she tried to convince them not to. My bill was $50 and when i handed her the credit card, she asked if I had $50 cash because the credit card puts some sort of tax on it.

Honestly, I don't know how this place is still in business or who would give this place 5 stars. I am NEVER going back here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Service & Excellent Work. This shop was recommended by a good friend. I went online to read their reviews and found good and bad reviews. I decided to take my chances and brought in two pairs of knee high boots which needed to be altered around the calf. Tina was extremely nice and professional and had both pairs perfectly altered for me in less than a week. I am extremely happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

Very disappointing. Adams shoe repair was recommended by a friend and I found good reviews on the internet. So I brought a $600 pair of shoes to have the soles replaced. The price was $75, which I thought was a lot for this work, but the lady (China) justified it by saying they are the only place around that knows how to do shoe repair properly.

When I got my shoes back, the soles were glued instead of stitched. I was shocked; it didn't even occur to me that they would consider doing this. She said she would fix it, but the stitching machine broken and a new one was coming in the next week. When I finally went to pick them up, they were still glued. She explained that the person who did them the first time was new and didn't know what he was doing. I asked her to fix them properly (stitched) but she refused and told me they won't come apart. The leather is now warped and discolored and the glue is visible all around the edges. The shoes are ruined.

Probably Best Shoe Repair in South Florida.. The only place I would ever get my shoes done at. Complete professionals. Went there for the first time a few years ago and noticed that a lot of big name celebrities have had work done here as well, so I was pretty confident about the place. My shoes came back looking brand new. Plus, the owners are a pretty great duo (husband and wife). I would reccomend this place to anybody who values their pricy footwear being handeld the right way!

The greatest shoe experts in South Florida!. The owner of the shop is just a doll. She's so kind and treats all of her customers like they're practically gold. The store's always busy... but it's not difficult to see why. Their custom work is unmatchable! I trust NO ONE else but Adams with my shoes, purses, and belts. I definitely recommend Nick and Christina with your work. I've been to others, but none can compete with Adam's Shoe Repair!

Please don't go to this place unless you like to be screamed at by it's personel and owners.. I was unfortunate to inquire about service at this place and got screemed at by it's owners without any reason. They keep screaming and insulting me in front of other customers. Since I witnessed the customers there waiting for their shoes for 20-30 minutes and complaining about it, I can say that it was a typical service in the shop.

I can't comment on the quality of shoe repair their do, but customers service level is below any acceptable.
