The company insisted to get paid cash upfront before doing any work. They informed of this policy only when they got to the house to move. They said that a check would not do (they did not inform of the cash-only policy until the day of the move either). They were also six hours late and their excuse was that they called the day before and left a message. They did not. Maybe they got the wrong phone number, but the fact remains that there was no message. Also, when we called to complain, they did not answer the phone.
Cons: lack of punctuality, no checks , poor communication
