It's been said before on this site and I concur...Oggi cares about how you feel about their food and service. It's genuine. Their food is very, very good and it's reasonable for Miami. The service is as good as you'll find anyplace.
- Pros: Service and food
- Cons: None
Always Oggi and Oggi Forever

I know this restaurant since it's opening long long time ago. It was an innovative restaurant and found a lot of followers. It set the Italian trend in the 90's. I go to Oggi everytime I want to eat a real Italian meal, everytime I want to go to a romantic restaurant, and when I want to eat well without being rushed to leave. I never left disappointed. It just reopened in NBV. Check it out!

In Short
Despite being tucked away in a neighborhood strip mall, this Italian establishment remains quite popular. Oggi Caffe offers freshly made pasta and other typically Italian dishes in a 70-seat pseudo-neo-classical ambience. The fettuccine, agnolotti, penne and spaghetti are handmade and fair, but the cream of the crop is the tortelloni bicolore stuffed with ricotta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.
Outstanding

The editorial review is dead wrong. This place serves Italian food as close to authentic as you'll find anywhere this side of the Atlantic. The dishes use fresh, top-quality ingredients and are prepared simply to bring out the traditional flavor combinations -- exactly what you should expect from Italian cuisine. Yes, you can order Italian-American favorites like a meaty lasagna (quite good itself,) but you also find wonderful Italian dishes like squid ink fettucine with calamari and black pepper. The mango cheesecake, though not quite Italian, is also a hit.
- Pros: Quality of food, Price
- Cons: Can get noisy, Service varies
What Happened?

The first time I visited Oggi I had an exceptional experience, service was out of this world and the food was fabulous!
What Happened?
The second visit was a flop! Bad and slow service, and that was on a slow evening. My Penne took 30 minutes to prepare. I felt very dissapointed as my expectations were not met.
