Had a massage yesterday with Serena and gottta say it was the best I've had in years. My back and neck have been killing me, and she was able to go deep and really released my muscles and today I feel great. I wish I could take her home, but since I can't I'll be back for more wonderful massages! Hannah C

I called Sunday afternoon to make an appoinment for a massage, but nobody pick up the phone. I left a message requesting an appoinment for that afternoon or next day. But nobody returned my call. On Tuesday still with a real back pain, I called again before 7:00 pm trying to have a massage but it was too late, it was closed. I suggest to change the time: 9:00 pm closing time to 7:00 pm The first time a had a massage there it was by a promotion, it wasn't a real good massage, but I decided to give a second chance. This message is for the Manager or Owner: Costumer Service and follow up your client is a number ONE rule in any business. Congratulation is the Spa is too busy at this time of the year, that you don't have time to return calls or follow up potential clients. The Costumer Service Expert
Pros: Convient located for West side residents of South Beach.
Cons: Massages Tables are noisy, and rooms too small

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Christina is awesome, great facial personalized service. She also does waxing & does a thorough job.

Massage was alright but too expensive. South Beach always more expensive then other places.Girl was too quick. Didn't relax. Parking problem. Had a facial that was so-so and was expensive too. My face look same. Dissapointed.

I was in South Beach for a few days of R&R and visited Massage by Design for a massage and facial. Nicole was my massage therapist and she was totally awesome! Also got a great facial with Christine. Staff is super friendly and not pretentious. It's a short cab ride or nice stroll from the hectic scene of South Beach, but that's what I loved about it!! I live in New York and have tried many spas, but this is a new favorite. I'll definitely go again when i'm in town. Thanks Girls!

had an overall great experience, but I was pleasantly surprised to have received the best facial I've had in Miami so far. Highly recomend esthetician Martha. She did the perfect eyebrows too.

I was broken out , and went there for a facial and Martha not only gave me great skin, but the best eyeborws ever!!! can't wait to go back for more...
