Location and value!. When you go to SoBe - you have to figure what you want out of a hotel when you pick a place to stay. Seocnd time I have stayed here. This hotel is diagonally across from Delano, and is one block from beach. Clean, simple hotel. Wood floors, nice comfy beds, cute patio and simple breakfast on secluded garden patio. great little bar for drinks in evening before dinner. Garden patio was nice to nap in after day at beach before going out. so if you want value, no frills, this is your place.…
