Great Hotel BUT.... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

You will not be disappointed with The Astor Hotel!. Me & my husband stayed at The Astor Hotel for our honeymoon and we were delighted to say the least. Our room was beautiful, spacious & very clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever been in. The staff was so friendly. On top of everything the restaurant was incredible!! The food was some of the best. I lived in Miami a number of years before returning to get married and I know that most hotels are overrated and overpriced. Not this one. It was well worth it. I will stay at this hotel again and again and would recommend it to everyone.

Stylish, artful and low-key lodgings.. The Scene
Built in 1936, this 40-room hotel has retained many of its original art deco elements such as terrazzo floors and aluminum fixtures. The house restaurant, Metro Kitchen + Bar, extends to an outdoor patio for poolside dining. The hotel's owner, Karim Masri, had a brief period of fame when he partnered with actress Cameron Diaz in a now-closed restaurant.

The Details
Although the hotel considers the pricey one-bedroom suites to be its signature rooms, it's possible to rent a small, quiet room in the back of the hotel for $145 during the off season. En suite marble bathrooms are standard, and all rooms come with Web TV (many with flat screens) and high-speed Internet access. The public spaces include a dining atrium with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening out into the garden area. Outside, a flat-paned vertical sculpture doubles as a decorative fountain.
