A Hidden Gem in South Beach

I was in South Beach for a 3 day mini vacation. Since ive heard so much about Jazid i decided to give it a try...I love the variety of live band on the main floor and also a upstairs area for hip/hop. The Female DJ upstair did a awesome job (Hats off).........Highly recommended..............

• Pros: Great music, Great Drinks
• Cons: I'm a New Yorkers so Im not use to the Indoor smoking

Great Spot On The Beach

Great live bands here. The crowd is always friendly. Drink prices are excellent for SouthBeach. It's great to have live music on the beach with no cover. Always have a blast and look forward to coming back.

love the bands and the atmosphere there! The menu has many interesting and delicious drinks. This is a great place to meet the locals and tourists as well.

Only when the band rawks!

The recent change in Administration may have gone unnoticed except that with it some of the chic-allure has eroded. Yet, the crowd really just depends on how cool the band up on stage is. It remains the ultimate weekday chill-out outing: 2 bars, pool table still upstairs where customarily a live DJ will be spinning some loungy beats and cozy candlelit tables by the stage downstairs- perfect night cap for locals.

• Pros: Parking....duh.
• Cons: Live Music

One of the few places to hear live jazz in Miami, with a vibe as cool as the tunes.

Sultry and illuminated by flickering candelabras, Jazid is the kind of place where you'd expect to hear Sade's "Smooth Operator" on constant rotation. A cool, mellow crowd of models, Euros and locals can be found downstairs listening to live jazz or upstairs dancing as the DJ spins soul and funk.

we just got back from south beach, this was the highlight of our trip, incredible music, great drinks and very cool, sultry atmosphere, definitely a repeat......

Nice jazz
