I went to take a yoga class at Prana Yoga in Coral Gables for the first time in my life and i'm 32!

It was the best experience i've ever had. The teachers instruction

was so good and she was very helpful. You really work up a nice sweat in the

class and then at the end you do relaxation. Wow! I love yoga

It wasn't at all what I expected.

Everyone at Prana Yoga was really nice and made you

very comfortable. The center is beautiful!

They definitely have the best teachers in Miami!

They also have the best massage therapist in town.

Real Yoga

Prana Yoga is my second home. I LOVE the yoga classes, all the teachers are excellent and very knowledgeable about yoga (not just the physical but the spiritual and philosophy) Since the recent expansion the studio is better than ever adding to their staff the best masseuse in the world. As soon as you walk through the door the Front Desk staff greets you with big smiles, making you feel that you are amongst family. I highly recommend Prana Yoga to everyone!!!!!
