Awesome Margaritas

This restaurant has some of the best mexican food north of the border. It has that great Coconut Grove artsy atmosphere and is a great place to people watch if you are lucky enogh to go on a cool night like we just had an sit outdoors. I highly recommend it.

• Pros: Great all around
• Cons: Service could be a bit slow...all the better to people watch

This Grove institution has been hosting revelers for more years than anybody can remember. Usually filled with college students and tourists, Senor Frog's really brings in the crowds for its Cinco de Mayo celebrations, when a mariachi band subs for the usual DJ. The menu of Tex-Mex favorites includes fajitas, chimichangas and tacos. Servings are large though, and patrons aren't really there for the food, anyway.
