Like most dealers I feel there service prices are EXTREAMLY HIGH. I don't mind paying for anything as long as I feel I am getting a fair price, but with them I felt like I was getting ripped off in every sense of the word. Over $1,500 for a 30,000 mile service and few extras that needed repair. I'm talking about almost $200 for a pair of clips tthat hold the soft top in place. $200 dollars for CLIPS!!!

I don't think this is anything new - but if you can have your Volvo or Saab service done anywhere else I would. They will charge as much as they can get away with and I'm sure not lose an minute of sleep.

Great to lease from but service dept....

I was told that I but bad gas in my car and that my warranty would not cover it. The bill $527.00

I obtained proof from US Dept. of Agriculture that the gas in the vehicle met USDA standards, and was not the problem. Finally after 6 weeks of being treated like a deadbeat they "generously" did the repair at no charge. One week later I received a recall letter from GM, the problem was the computer all along! It required a firmware download.

Also they get about $85.00 for the battery for the smart key. Guess what, they're 2 for $6.00 at Walgreens! It's a CR-2032 memory battery and no special tools are needed, the key is it's own tool and the car has the programming. put in the new battery and put the key in the car and it's automatically programmed! Ha!
