Vizcaya is a beautiful, peaceful estate. It is rich in history and the architecture is fabulous. Unfortunately, the effects of hurricanes have altered its original state, but it is still worth visiting.

Pros: architecture, view, ambience

Cons: food is limited

Born and raised in Miami,I visited Vizcaya many times. It was my dream home as a child, and I always bring guests to see it. As I walk through the manicured gardens, look out over the beautiful vistas, and gaze at the ornate architecture,I am carried away back in time to place of romance, opulence, and elegance. A must see!

Pros: Elegant, Ample parking, Easy access

Cons: A bit pricey, Handicap access, Facilites size

In my opinion anyone new to Miami has to see Miami's historical features. One of many is Vizcaya. It is one of the most gorgeous places you will fine in the Gables! And its even better when you go see it during the Renaissance Fair!

Vizcaya, is without a doubt, the most beautiful place in all of south Florida. Its so beautiful, that I'm planning on dropping down the extra bucks to have my wedding here.

Beautiful beyond description.Infinitely interesting. The house and gardens will blow you away.No better place on the planet to take a romantic stroll than the hidden garden venues. You'll want to go back atleast once or twice ayear. There be no better place in miami to pop the question.I always want to linger and soak up the aura of each epic scene of the wildly different area s and rooms.Trying to reach back and understand what went into creating this unique island of beauty will cause your brain to hurt.

Pros: too much beauty and c

Cons: too short hours

Vizcaya is absolutely inspiring! The home itself is beautiful but the gardens surrounding the home of James Deering are breathtaking! With the bay as the home's back yard , it is most definetly a MUST SEE!!!!!

Pros: good parking

It's like stepping beck in time when you walk around the gardens. Absolutely gorgeous, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The house itself is very interested to tour too.
