DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The first move Morales did for us involved packing a single family home and store all boxes and furniture in their storage for 3 months. After 3 monts when delivering to our new home, over 9 boxes were missing and furniture (buffet, table, ...) came back severely damaged. The second move involved packing and unpacking a 2 bedroom condo in the same day. Even with this simple move a box with precious items (and valuable) went "missing". Claims for both damaged/missing items moves went unanswered and Morales now "does not remember" he did these 2 moves for us. As a result he is refusing any damage payment for these 2 moves even though they were fully insured. A company like this lacking even the most basic ethics should not be in business.

I MOVE FROM MIAMI to HOUSTON TEXAS USING MORALES MOVING COMPANY....DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNAY AS THEY REALLY DID A TERRIBLE JOB....VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, AS THEY BROKE A LOT OF MY STUFF AND WHEN IT CAME TO MY CLAIMS THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANYTHING. THEY SEND ME A $ 100 CHECK FOR STUFF THAT COST OVER $1500. THEY SAID I DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT INSUREANCE AND THAT THEY ONLY PAID 60 CENT PER POUND. SOME OF THE GUYS THAT WORK WITH THEM WERE JUST TROWING MY STUFF AND HAD TERRIBLE ATTITUTES. THERE IS A LADDY IN MIAMI THAT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SHE HANDLES ALL THE COMPLAINTS AND NEVER GETS BACK TO YOU AT ALL, MY CLAIM HAS TAKEN 4 MONTHS AND AT THIS TIME THEY DECIDED THAT THEY WILL GIVE ME 18 FOR MY DINING ROOM CHARIS THAT PAID $2000. I TOLD THEM i DO NOT WANT THE CHECK AND THEY CAN PROBABLY KEEP IT AS IT WILL NOT MAKE THIER COMPANY GO OUT OF BUSINESS IF THEY FIX MY CHAIRS. SOME OF THE EMAILS Belinda tells me that I will only get 18 dollars, for my broken chairs, that is un acceptable I do not want money specially no 18 dollars from your company, you can keep them, maybe it will do you guys better and the company will not be broke against my claim. I will complaint to North America and to the business bureau in Florida against Morales moving Company and against North America Terrible service, We have people moving from our company in Miami and we will definitely not use North America for anything. Thanks for your help, nothing personal North America Van lines just TERRIBLE!!!! Ms. Diaz, I just talked to Melinda at Morales and she will be handling the dining room chair under the valuation coverage you had while the items were in their possession. Thank you for your patience, Jenny Followell THEY WILL GIVE ME 18 DOLLARS....CHEAP COMPANY WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. USE OTHER COMPANIES, AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT........THIS IS REAL..
