Horrible Customer Service

TRUST ME!!! I never really write reviews, but my experience with them was soooo horrible that I felt the need to advise future buyers....Horrible service, faulty furniture, overpriced!!!! It has been three weeks and I am still waiting on my sofa to be fixed!!! Today I gave up and told them to refund my money and take the stupid sofa.. I would rather buy from WALMART than them ever again!! They snap at you and treat you like you are a 2 year old and a liar once you pay them.....don't do it.......

Horrible Customer Service!

We bought a platform day bed with storage that looked expresso brown in the store. Once it arrived at my home I could see that it is cherry wood. It does not go with the rest of the furniture in the room and I am not happy with the piece and so I called the store where it was bought to see what could be done. First, I was told that it would be up to the sales person that sold this to us. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold. When Karen came back on the phone she told me she had spoken to a manager that was too busy to talk to me at the moment but would call me back. That was at 11am, I called again at 2:30pm and was told that the manager was out to lunch. I then received a call from the salesperson and I explained the situation and he told me I would need to speak to a manager. The manager, Mario Morales, then called me and spoke very rudely to me, that he had been busy all morning but that he was calling me now. He told me that El Dorado does not return anything that has been delivered. I found this incredible where in this day and age even mattress stores let you try mattresses in your home for your full satisfaction. I explained to him that even the paperwork says brown and it is cherry. He went on to tell me that everyone has a different perspective of "brown". I further explained that I wanted to exchange the platform bed for another item I found that is even more expensive; he snapped at me that that making an exchange is having to pick up the item and they don?t do that. I found his manner very rude and could see that El Dorado Furniture management does not believe in customer satisfaction. I am hoping that by taking this to an owner something can be done.

After sending this letter they reassured me once you buy an item in the store that is it and they were not pleasent about it! Will never shop there again!

REALLY UNIQUE EXPERIENCE

Great overall shopping experience. The look of the store is unique. I received my Delivery immediately and when promised. I highly recommend this place.

el Dorado Furniture,, UNA BASURA DE MERCADERIA, no venden lo que exponene en el piso, recibi set de sillones de cuero a la semana estaban todos los sillones hundidos y deformados, no aceptaron mi reclamo vinieron los "INSPECTORES" dijeron que asi era el producto, una VERDADERA basura PAGUE 2.500 DLS PARA A LAS DOS SEMANAS de apenas uso porque somos dos personas nada mas, tener algo tan deplorable e incomodo, los sillones estan para BOTAR, NO COMPREN EN EL DORADO FURNITURE TIENE BASURA DE MERCADERIA Y LO QUE HACEN ES ESTAFAR A LOS CLIENTES YO SOY UNA DE LA PERJUDICADAS

El Dorado Furniture... DO NOT BUY IS A SCAM AND RIPOFF

I purchase this sofa 3 weeks ago.. When the sofa arrived home looks fine so we sign a paper. When I try to move the sofa I could not. There was a missing leg, another one was broken, a pice of wood was broken. Long story short, money is not returnable, they make it see like a exchange is a big thing, but they have cancel my exchange merchantdise already 5 times for x or y reason... BUYER go to CARLS they do have a 3 days money back and their customer service is great... AVOID EL DORADO, I dont whish this experience not even to my worst enemy

• Cons: Worst Cstmr Srvc ever.. NO return or exchange or money back

We had a terrible experience with El Dorado furniture. They misrepresent their merchandise such that the product that you receive is not exactly what you see in the store (For example, by using an overly puffy conforter to make a bed look taller than it really is). A big giveaway that you are about to get scammed are the many signs that say "ALL SALES ARE FINAL".

We went back to the store to exchange a brand new product for an even more expensive product. The sales person would not talk to us and instead, asked the manager to "deal with us". The manager said that all sales were final and that there is nothing he could do about it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! You are much better taking your business to a reputable business such as "City Furniture", "Sears" or "Rooms-To-Go". NOT RECOMMENED - AVOID!

It Really Is Different

This really is a different kind of furniture store. Their Carlo Perazzi collection is a real work of art. They have live music on the weekends. Their sales associates also make you feel part of the family. Take advantage of thier Same Day Delivery
