ZIMM Motors does not deliver on his vehicles

I purchased a BMW 745li from Zimm a month ago..... The second day after arriving, it would not turn on. The vehicle needed a new battery - the total bill was $500.00. A week later the vehicle would not turn on again. I needed several parts including a new starter. The total on this bill at $2000.00. the vechicle also came with tires that had chunks of the tire torn off. I had to replace the tires which were another $1500. After the first call I placed to Zimm. He said he would call back.... HE NEVER DID... and won't answer my calls. I've left him repeated messages to ask if he would help with the vehicle repairs that he did not DISCLOSE. NOTHING. He scams people. Check out his ratings on the internet. Don't be fooled by his positive ratings on e-bay. His negative ones aren't posted. HE takes your money and leaves you with a damaged vehicle. Research his sales history before you buy. BEWARE!
