Great Cars

We had a great experience with Prestige. My friends and I rented an M5 and Bentely convertible for a bachelor party. The cars were amazing and the staff was really helpful and accommodating. They picked us up and even dropped all of us off at the airport. The cars def made our weekend.

Beware Do Not Do Business With These People

I rented a BMW for a weekend. First of all, their cars are from auctions, most appeared to be in less than new condition and the first car they brought us broke down on delivery to the airport. We had to take a ride with them to the their office to get a back up car which was scratched, dented, had oversized tires which looked cool but rubbed the inside of the fender well. I was the driver of the car all weekend and never touched anything with the car but the wheels rubbed the inside of the well from the oversized making a strange noise everywhere we went. Almost three weeks after I got home I received a bill for over $800.00 for damage to the car. Upon closer examination of the bill, it was a bill for an entirely different car at a different time. We called them to tell they had the wrong customer and they then made up another invoice for more work to a different car and said this was the bill we had to pay. I am going to be flying down there to take them to court. I will never do business with these people again. STAY AWAY!

I'm rented many a luxury car in my day, but have never come across the level of professionalism, style, class, and service I have been afforded by doing business with Prestige.

The offer a solution to all your rental needs provide alternatives and at the end of the day, put you in the car of your dreams.

Price- was the best in the business.

Service-Unmatched

Variety- Clearly visible upon visiting the location.

A+ in my book. Will continue to do business in the future.

Excellent Car Rental

Best Customer Service..Reliable!

I recently rented a Corvette from Prestige Luxury Auto Rentals. The service provided in putting my rental together in such a short notice and under what admittedly were some pretty strange circumstances was incredible. I will not hesitate to use Prestige Luxury Auto Rentals when I visit Miami again whether on business or pleasure and will definitely recommend them to anybody I know that is doing the same.

I came down to MIA for Art Basal and wanted to have a good time with some friends so we rented a Rolls Royce Phantom with a driver. We were treated like we were royalty and the car was beautiful....seemed brand new. I'll be back to rent the Ferrari. Thanks guys!

Impressive

I was coming to Miami from NY and I missed my flight to MIA and I ended flying in to West Palm Beach airport instead really late at night. When I let Prestige know that I was coming to West Palm beach they let me know right away that it wouldnt be a problem and they would do it at no extra cost. Prestige was there to pick me up on time and the car was amazing!

Absolute Fraud

Avoid at all costs! I hired a Lamborghini Murcielago from these guys for 24 hours. The car was returned as received and a month later I found a charge for $8000 on my credit card bill (in addition to the $3000 rental charge) for repairs to the transmission! It was an E-gear and the guy (Carlos) drove it away saying that everything was fine when I gave it back! I am going through the courts now to try to get my money back. Be warned!

Update (Apr 14 08: My credit card company contacted the company and have now reversed the charge on my card. So far so good but they warned me that there may charge it back in the future.
