Best Spa in Florida!

My wife and I had the most amazing facials we've ever had in our lives earlier this year...an amazing treat before our summer traveling. What made it unique was the quality of service and attention, it was spectacular! Absolutely everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and attentive. We had free valet and one of the best amenity bars in a spa that either of us had seen! Truly an old world charmer and gem! We'll be back!

THIS UST BE THE NEW VERSION OF THE OLD SPA- IT IS SERENE, APPEALING TO THE SENSES AND AN OVERALL REJUVENATING EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF IS MOST HELPFUL AND THE FACILITY IS WONDERFUL.

Not Impressed

Expected a lot more. Facial was very superficial. Didn't feel any difference. Massage was shortened, which didn't please me. It's a lot of money that isn't worth it. Thought they would give me more.

Prices Don't

The prices don't reflect the quality here. Unfortunately for us the service was much lower than what we had expected. Yet the prices are still way too much. We don't mind paying for excellent service. But this was not the case. The prices were out of line.We didn't feel like we got our money's worth.And there was too much going on so we didn't feel relaxed.

Best in Miami

I personally feel that the Biltmore Hotel Fitness Center and Spa is by far the best in Miami/Coral Gables. I feel like a KING everytime I have services there, not to mention the elegance, glamour and charm of the hotel make it even better. My fiance and I will only visit the Biltmore Spa, lots of disappointments in other spas that surpisingly have better ratingings on this list.

Not that great

This place is beautiful, and just wonderful to visit. And the therapist are the best in town. But, yes, they need to update which I have heard that they have. And i'm looking forward to seeing the difference becuase the massage rooms were very crowded and shower looking. The locker rooms were not very good and having the receptionist in right next to the massage rooms was not a good idea. So i hope that that has changed also. If it has and you have visited please post it up. I would love to know.
