From the moment you step inside the store is disgusting. There are rugs covering a dirty floor, dresses hanging all over the place, sun damaged in the windows even. The service is aweful. they say to make an appointment for a fitting, yet don't answer the phone or return your call. When you arrive without and appointment they scowl and "try to fit you in". The ladies that run this shop are a disorganized mess. They lack class. One lady loudly chewed gum and told me the color of the dress was aweful, with her horrid orange tan and Mimi makeup. She did nothing to earn my respect. When it came to the billing and bookkeeping, they do it all on paper. Write over everything, they need to invest in a computer, least of all a typewriter. She is slow and sloppy. I got fitted, ordered the dress and then got a call telling me about additional charges because I was fat and it was too late. Too bad I know three other people who ordered this dress two months after me, got a discount, larger than me without paying for it, and no rush fees. This tells you there are better professionals out there. Little did they know I am an Event Planner and I know a little bit about these things. I won't go back to beautiful Bride or recommend them to anyone ever, until it gets a facelift, the staff is replaced and it can be run as businesses should.

I am not impressed with "a beautiful bride". I have been shopping for a specific designer for a few months, and I found their dresses at two other local boutiques. The staff at "a beautiful bride" proceeded to tell me how neither of these stores was "authorized" to sell the dresses, and that they were the only ones that could "legally" sell them. WHAT A CROCK OF CR*P! Not only are the two other stores listed on the designer's website, both of the other stores have MORE of their dresses than "A beautiful Bride" has. I even called the designer and they told me that the two other stores were authorized! They flat out lied to get me to buy from them. Bullying someone into buying from your store by lying to them and playing on their insecurites is just plain wrong. As if planning a wedding isn't stressful enough!!! They try to make their customers paranoid so they won't buy elsewhere.
