Excellent Service. I had poured all my life savings into opening up a boutique. I was DEVASTATED when it was broken into and a bunch of merchandise and money was stolen. I knew I had to upgrade my security system. I didn't have any space to be spending ANY extra money so I called around for quite sometime looking for the best deal. I was thrilled when I got a quote from these guys and even more excited when they stuck to it! Best of all is knowing my investment is well protected whether I am there or not...Thanks guys!

THE LOCKSMITH A-1. If you want the best locksmith in town call this company the are fast,honest,and affordable.the technicians are knowledgable without them we couldnt open our business .the provide us with the best locks camera and safes

Very bad turned to better. At first it was a very bad experience. They were supposed to cut a key for my car and program it. The technician could not get the programing done and blamed it on my car but still charged me for that. I went to the dealer who could do the programming with no problem. So I tried to get my money back but the technician did not want to refund me the whole amount. At the end the owner got involved and helped me to get a full refund ch makes the experience not as bad.

Could not program my Mazda car key, but got a refund. If you have a Mazda car and want to have a key program it is better to use the dealer. They could not do the job but I got my money back. Customer service was not perfect until the owner got involved and resoved the issue.

Fast- good price. I was locked out of my car. I called them , 15 min later I was already on my way home. very good experience and happy to be helped so fast. its not a nice to be in a lockout situation, but this locksmith is very professional. thumbs up!!!

Very reliable, quick response, great customer service. I called this locksmith from NY for my older parents who live in aventura. The man on the phone was very polite and gave me a quote on the phone. I was concerned, but a locksmith showed up an hour later and, put my parents at ease and completed an installation of 2 new locks as we had discussed on the phone. The owner even called me after the installation to follow up! (I guess he could detect my nervousness). I would highly recommend this locksmith.
