Their monitoring service really works, we have had a few disgruntled ex employees write lies about us on line. The online alert system has detected them almost instantly. We have been able to request removal, and/or reply immediately. It ia very useful system. Well worth the cost.

When it came to managing our online reputation, these guys did a superb job. Whenever there is trouble, we get alerts, and have been able to contact the customers within minutes, consider it as turning off a fire instantly.
