Unfortunately this place had a low review because of one bad review from someone who had a bad experience...and thats a shame because I thought the place was really nice. The have a large showroom with tons of sports bikes, cruisers, ATV's and wave runners. They also have a bunch of accessories from all kinds of well known name brands for all kinds of motorsport needs.
I went in because I needed to buy a battery for my 1995 Kawasaki Ninja 600. Unfortunately they didn't have it in stock because its an older bike but they were able to order it for me and have it shipped for next day delivery to the store. They even informed me that the battery is a "dry battery", meaning that it doesn't have a charge when they receive it so they would have to charge it up for me...which only takes 1-1 1/2 hours and they would call me once they were finished so I can come pick it up. The battery was also really reasonably priced, about $45 with tax.
While I was there I got into talking motorcycles with one of the sales guys there and he was just showing me some new things that just came in and he was telling me about some stuff that is on the horizons for some motorcycles that will be coming out soon. He even told me that since they closed down Betty's Burger's on US1 (which is were they used to hold motorcycle meets) that they are going to start trying to set it up at the Sonic in Homestead so if I was looking to meet some other people with bikes that I should head out there. He was very friendly and very knowledgable in motorcycles. I will definitely bring my business here again.
My bro and i just bought 2 street bikes amongst a YZ and a Big Bear 4 wheeler years ago. All the sales men and employees are super cool...down to earth and very helpful! Love this place...id never take my business elsewhere!!
The salesperson (Mr.B) treat me in a very professional way with cortesy answering all my questions, and the other thing was I felt like old custumer/friend in this store, another thing to remark was he took the time to introduce all the employees by name (parts(Mr. J R), services, techical)to let them know i was the person who bought a new PWC. I remember two weeks later i went back to buy some products for my PWC and all those guys they remember me by my name, was very pleasure...Thanks all of you guys !!!!
The knowledge that personnel had regarding my Yamaha. Nothing comes to mind, everything was to my standard.
