Haven't actually been able to get the massage because once you tell them you have a gift card (while booking) they come up with excuses why they are unavailible. And I've been told by a friend that if you don't tell them you have a gift card when you book they will not accept it. In December this was my response: "Oh, um I think we're booked up for the next few weeks. Can you call back?" claimed it was due to a "holiday rush" and for some reason couldn't book me 3 weeks out. Then I became pregnant in January and called back and was told "You have to wait until you're 3 months" Ok, fine, this time it seemed more believeable and checked out on their website. Now, at 3 1/2 months I call and it's "No at this location you have to be 4 months". When I bring up the past 2 phone calls and the conflicting info my response is "I don't know who told you that". I'm sure when I call next time they will say 5 months or find some other excuse to not book the massage. I guess they are happy they have their $ and don't want to perform the services.
