Stay Far Away !!!. What ever you do, do not go there for service! The slick service salesman tried to sell me over a thousand dollars worth of maintenance on my almost new car. I guess he thought b/c i'm a girl, i'd go for it. Ya right! My car needed nothing other than the oil change I took it in for. BTW they charge 2 times the $ everyone else does. Long story short, my husband went in asking to see all the issues and guess what ? There were none. These guys are scam artists. Find another dealer to service your car!

DO NOT BUY A CAR/VAN AT THIS LOCATION. when i bought the van ( Chevrolet express van 2008) they promised and said that the van is certified (117-Point Inspection: All GM Certified Used Vehicles must undergo our rigorous 117-Point inspection process. Conducted by GM-trained technicians, each inspection is required to adhere to strict, factory-set standards to ensure that every vehicle's engine, chassis and body is in excellent condition.) and there is nothing wrong with the van, 2 days after i bought the van i saw that the van has a problem that the gear doesnt shift like it suppose to and when i took it back to the dealership, they said that the transmission is not good and the guy that fix it for them will not be there for 1-2 months, when i spoke with the manager :mark diaz he laugh at me next to all the customers and when i wanted to complain about him the owner ( IAN WILDSTEIN ) didnt even return my calls, when they sale a certified car/van it means that the vehicle was checked with the best knowledge of expertise and made sure that there is no problems with the vehicle, it means that they lie when they say that they are fixing the cars that they sale, A BIG LIE.

TERRIBLE!!. TROPICAL CHEVROLET- Miami:

The absolute WORST car dealership I have ever been to in my life. They are near my house, so we have (unfortunately) gone there a few times.. Their service department is beyond incompetent and deceptive, and, this week, (against my better judgement), I went in to see the new 2010 Camaro (which I am considering buying). Spoke directly to a manager, who was VERY curt, short and rude, and basically told me that I could test drive the car only IF I was willing to pay the sticker price plus $5,000.

That was the last straw. I will NEVER go back there for anything else. Should have learned my lesson with them long ago...

Incompetent Technicians, Deceptive Managers, and Poor Client Care. The Service Department Personnel are trained in the art of deception, misinformation, and the relentless pursuit of profit by any means necessary... What was supposed to be a 2-hour AC Inspection, turned into a 6 and 1/2 hour excruciating marathon. All along the way, filled with broken promises and evasive communications. I would not recommend this dealership to my mortal enemies. Price quotations rise and fell like the stock market.. Along with my heart rate... No one (including Colin - the Department Manager) could adequately explain why it took over 5 hours to perform the promised 2-hour AC inspection... Nor did Colin have any interest in even trying to retainin me (or my international transportation company) as a customer... After I said that I would never come back to their facility... You would think that maybe in this economy, that might be important... Guess not... Guess who won't be reccomending them to his friends in the business community? Do yourself a favor and please avoid this establishment at all costs...
