My dog chewed the cord and I called them to see if they had the charger they did and I drove to the store and it was an pleasure to see store like this still are around, I bought the charger and I was able to beat the price down to $25 so if you are looking for a company that work with there customers then give them a try

they fixed my ps3 the same day the service was good the prices are ok the store is really busy but they take care of everyone that I can say . I would recommend them to anyone

Before I begin my review, I just wanted to say that many of these positive reviews are FAKE and are written by these guys themselves.

THIS COMPUTER STORE IS FULL OF CON-ARTISTS.

Like the other reviewers have said, the manager looks like a drug addict, is rude and will talk himself out of doing anything for you. They overcharge and throw on unnecessary replacements that you have to pay for. They will let your computer sit FOR MONTHS before repairing it.

POLICE have even arrived because of these idiots not doing a good job.

I definitely do not recommend.

I've never been to a store like this where everyone knows what their talking about an willing to help you, my story begins as I walked into the store I was greeted by a front person and asked them if they repaired toshiba laptops they told they could! It has a broken screen and im not looking to spend more than $ 60 dollars . Thy told me they had to check it out since it was not going into windows as well. I left the computer but decided to wait for it since I didn't have anything better to do. I'm retired, while waiting they allowed me to use there internet cafe located in the companies customer area. It took them a little more than 30 mins to explain to me the price and the problems with the computer. The price they charged me seemed to be ok so I gave them permission to start working on it. Within an hour they came out and told me the laptop was ready they had the part in stock and needed me to pick it up I paid them with my debit card and I was out of the store. In total the repair including est time along with repair time took 1 1/2 hrs. Not bad they claim to do same day service so I guess they are on the the ball when it came to that. The service at z computer wiz was good the people that work there are friendly and willing to help you with anything your having troubles with. Thanks you guys I will be sending my brother there you people are the best

zcomputerwiz is to me the best comapny out there they keep there word and that all I need. I had them check out my ps3 it had the ylod I gave it to them to repair it they told me to wait 15 to 20 mins to get the price once they had the price for me I told them to fix it and wow they kept their promise. I dont care what anyone says about this place the service it good I normally don't write reviews but they deserve it. If you are thinking about repairing anything you should defiantly give them a try. Nice crew very caring and the one thing I love about computer wiz is that they work with you when it comes down to the price. Great place to do business

The guy terry is not a customer of ours, we would never charge $50 to check an item that is ridiculously that someone could write that. All work comes with a 30 day warranty, and if you do keep our warranty sticker on for the lifetime of the system lets say 2-3 years down the road the most you'll be for any repair is $35.00 we take care of our customers, every customer of ours is our family.

DO NOT GO HERE!" They wanted 50 to look at my xbox, not to fix it , to look at it. After i paid them and they claimed ti have fixed it, it was still broken. when i returned to them i was told NO REFUNDS!!

I went to zcomputerwiz because my laptop wouldn't turn on they called me to tell me that the motherboard had fried they gave me a good price they had it ready the same day picked it up a couple days later and everything was perfect

This company Z COMPUTER WIZ is a total rip off and a scam I purchased a computer from these people and it needed a screen i waited 2 weeks to get it fixed once i received it it had so many problems and gave me nothing but excuses. And they only take cash so that way you cant get your money back. What ever you do stay away from this place and the employees there all look like there on drugs. Check google and bbb and you will see for yourself that this company is a Total RIP OFF..
