Vicky needs to flip burgers. Vicky is the absolute worst person to pick up the phone at this place!!! She is rude sarcastic the best way to describe note to owner let her go flip burgers at McDonald's read your reviews and make a change!!!

Segways are a blast. Segways have to be one of the most entertaining inventions ever, and convenient! Me and my family had a blast riding around Miami on these things, I felt bad for the people walking, they were envious.

Satisfied. Had a nice shopping experience at dolphin mall, I didn't know it was far from Miami but I got a ride with Half Price Tour Ticket's dolphin mall shuttle, got lots of nice things for my house back home,thanks.

Fun and Exciting. Had a great time at the everglades, they rebooked me cause it was raining the day i was supposed to go, was super considerate of them, can't wait to go on my next tour.

Excellent Service. Great list of tours, they showed me which ones were the most popular and they were right, I had loads of fun on the City tour, it was very informative and I learned a lot of things that I didn't know prior to this trip, thanks half price tour tickets.

the worst 0f the worst. just one word horrrrrrrrrrrible .. the sales man was a nice guy but exagerated a little ....we got stranded on key west for over 4 hours because the bus broke down no refound no manager this was the worse vacation i had so far only because HALF PRICE TOUR TIKETS dont EVER recomend it

MIAMIGURU; Im afraid this review or comment belongs to miami safari tours. Our buses till today has never broken down. Either this is a false review or one of our competitors trying to bad mouth our company. This is not proffesional of your part. The WORST Tour Company on Miami Beach. My wife and I bought a tour thru this company. The tour bus stopped at every hotel on the beach which was approx 1-1/2 wait total. After about 1 hour on the oldest bus ever, the bus then breaks down. The tour guy said the buses break down all the time. Basically had to take a cab back to the hotel. BEWARE do not use Infinity Tour or sister company Half Price Tours. Sam

sammidonati; This is a complete and utterly false statement from your part. We are the only company in Miami Beach that does not pick up from hotels, only departures from our locations. You may be referring to Safari Tours. Stop trying to bad mouth us in exchange to make us look bad. This will not work at all. Half Price Tour Tickets is the only company that deosn not do hotel pick ups for that reason. For more information on Miami Tours please refer to Halfpricetourtickets.
