Fine customer service. Perhaps things have changed there since the comments posted here over a year ago.

My experience on New Year's Day was very good. I requested the most inexpensive quote on tires and was not upsold at all. In less than an hour and a half I was on my way. They inflated my "limp-in" spare and informed me of another worn tire and the near need for front brake pads. Again, without any pressure to do the work at that time. Eddie helped me, I give him high marks.

If your experience is like mine, I can't see why you wouldn't be very pleased.

They take forever and they still screw up!. HORRIBLE!!!! First off, there was less than 5 people in line and it must have took over 20 minutes for someone to finally help me. There were four registers but only two people working there; and they kept on disappearing. When they finally got to me, a lady said she had been waiting over 2 hours for an alignment and oil change so she left without the oil change done.

I went there for a tire change, and they said my tire was loose because of the bearing (which they put on for me a couple years ago). I admit I don't know much about cars but I'm pretty sure that when they did it, they put it on loose and w/o the clippers on causing it to wear down and be replaced sooner than necessary SO THEY CAN MAKE MORE $$. How come the other ones they didn't touch were fine when I've had the car for over 6 yrs. and never had to replace them?

While I was complaining and the manager said it wasn't their fault I overheard that the other lady with the alignment called to complain because her car was already pulling. Coincidence? I think not!
