Wow U-VERSE..nice concept, but service is horrid. From first bill, long hold time with repair to their equipment malfunctions, they are quick to blame it on one's provided equipment( tv's, fax, computers). Face it, the outside network is weathered and old. It cannot handle the service and speed that is offered. Your charges are ridiculous for poor quality. Come on guys the equipment is already there and paid for; it's self run. Where is the money going if it's not on the network.Management must of had some good bonuses... Please advertise correctly or replace the outside plant.
