Kudos To Pilates In The Grove and Their Yoga Class!. I would just like to thank the people on my class for being so nice to me and to my friends. I really love the instructress because she really understands the body. We all enjoyed and feel relaxed after the Yoga class. I am excited for the massage therapy which I have reserved right after our yoga class, and i will tell you more about my experience soon!

Great Pilates Instructor and Staff. A Must Try Pilates Stud!. Pilates in the grove is my favorite Pilates studio amongst the rest I’ve ever been to. First they make me feel at home and comfortable. I receive advices on how to be fit and to remove stress. They're more likely let me enjoy my stay week after week. The staff and team are very accommodating and they all know Pilates by heart. Love the whole environment as it calms me during class. Great services that's why I kept on enrolling for months now. They are also giving updated promos which gives an idea that they value their students very well.
