Excellent Private Investigators. I contacted Grey Ghost Investigations because I needed help finding someone. They handled my case in a very short period of time and gave me all of the information I needed. They were very professional throughout the entire process and easy to work with. Grey Ghost is the Best. I hired Grey Ghost to find my kids who were taken to Miami by my estranged wife without my permission. They found them within 2 hours! I can't even thank them enough for all they have done for me. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs investigation services.

Grey Ghost was amazing. They listen to your needs and do as promised! They are very understanding to your situation and needs.
Definitely highly recommeneded. Dont waste your money on any other PI defintiely fo to them. They caught my husband....well soon to be ex-husband that is Lol!

Waste of Money. I hired this so called private investigation company to find somebody who owed me a lot of money. I thought their fees were very high but I figured it would be worth it to find this person and get my money they owed me. Boy was I wrong. I paid these guys a retainer and $90 per hour. They refused to do "field work" for less than 4 hours a day. Every "lead" they had turned up nothing and in the end they were tracing the wrong person. The innocent person that they were following and watching is now suing me for malicious harassment. Thanks for nothing Grey Ghost!

We researched this complaint and we have no records of this case. We doubt these allegations since:
We do not charge and have never charged $90/hr
We don't charge a retainer AND an hourly fee, the retainer IS the hourly fee
Clients know a full refund will be given in cases of investigator error, as per our agreement
