We have been meaning to write this letter all summer to thank you for the exceptional pool you built for our family. Our kids are having a fantastic summer swimming in their new backyard. When we look out our windows or step into the back yard, we are still amazed how wonderfully the pool fits into the landscape just as you promised. We love it! From the moment we started talking to pool companies yours stood out. Initially, we had another company come out. We were not impressed. He was very vague and seemed somewhat disinterested in helping us. On the contrary, your company showed up and was very personable and ready to help design our dream pool. Marie walked around our yard to get a feel for the space and considered all our wants and needs. She designed a unique, one of a kind pool ! The design complimented and helped unify the entire backyard space. You did an incredible job. Everyone in the Miami Custom family has been a joy to work with. They always made us feel special, especially Jorge. When it was time to pick out our accessories for the pool Jorge wal also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did not pressure us and we choose what we wanted. We really found that refreshing and it made the whole experience very enjoyable. Jorge always made sure everything was on schedule so that the pool would be completed in a timely manner even though it has and continues to be a very rainy season. It is evident how much your company cares about their customers and how much they enjoy doing what they do. Thanks again for being so accommodating and receptive to our needs.

I would think twice before hiring this company. I signed a contract on June 11th and my pool still has not been completed. My permit has been voided by the city due to lack of follow up by Miami Custom Pools and Spas (the city voids permits after no activiy of 90 days or more). I have been emailing the owner for the past 3 weeks to call me but I am yet to hear from her. She routes me over to her general manager, which I have addressed that I do not want to speak with him. (NO LUCK) BE VERY COUTOUIS WHEN HIRING THIS COMPANY!!! I am at the point that I am seeking legal advice. (Oh by the way, the other post never state how long their pool took to build. FAKE!! ummm I wonder??) I am soooo fustrated living like this for almost 1 year!!!!!

We love the Pool! Ya done good! Thanks again. "The pool is wonderful and very functional. We often come home and sit and relax outside, have a couple of drinks and just enjoy and listen to the waterfall. We love it and we are very pleased with it. It was exactly what we had envisioned when we first talked to them and tried to put this all together.

They were the most professional group of people who clearly knew a lot about pools and design and we very quickly got a sense of their expertise. It was a great experience from beginning to end."

We are enjoying our new paradise!. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you! We are so pleased with our pool. Even more so, we are pleased with how painless the process to build our pool went.

When we first began the process of searching for a pool company, we relied on “word of mouth” from our immediate neighborhood. And it was often we heard bad things about other pool companies. But when we asked our neighbors who used your company, they couldn’t stop the compliments. It was then we knew which pool company we were going to use even before we met you. Of course, when you came to our home it was even more evident that we were going to use Miami Custom Pools Spas.

From our first meeting with to all the staff that worked on the pool and even the sub-contractors we were so amazed by everyone’s professionalism and attention to detail.

Our two year old daughter couldn’t wait to wake up every morning to see if the pool guys were in the backyard yet and sure enough they were all there hard at work. She along with our one year old would look out the back window and watch for hours. It was pretty special to them that all the guys working would often take a moment or two to always say hello and entertain them.

We are looking forward to years and years of fun in our backyard paradise!

Above Our Expectations!. We would like to thank you and let you know how pleased we are with our new pool and spa.

The pool looks absolutely fantastic, and really turned our backyard into our own private resort.

Our project was a pleasant experience, from the initial design through the final start up and training.

We were particularly impressed, and so were our friends and neighbors, with the time frame that the project was completed in - quickly and professionally. All your workers were very polite and helpful.

Everyone Loves Our Pool. Everyone absolutely loves our pool. When they walk in, they always ask who built the pool. It's exactly what we wanted and it fits in perfectly with our lifestyle. They worked great with us on putting in the pool when we bought the house so that everything worked well together. Definitely the best thing about the pool is the design. It works exactly the way we wanted it. The designer met exactly what we wanted. Everything worked out perfectly from construction stage to final product. We felt like Miami Custom Pools did an excellent job for our family. We would definitely refer other people to them anytime. They did a wonderful job from beginning to finish."

We are THRILLED ....... This review is to let you know how thrilled we have been by your company, and by company, we mean everyone that we have dealt with from start to almost finished. Having had a horrendous experience with our last pool builder, we were determined to do our homework and get it right this time. And by picking Miami Custom Pools, we feel we have done that. Every worker that we encountered in our yard was respectful of our property and polite. Work was done when we were told it would be done, or we received a phone call explaining why there was a delay if any, and what the plan was. Never do we get a response that makes is concerned. The response is always "we'll take care of it" or "it will be made right." No questions asked, no hesitation, just that it will be done and done right. So if you haven't already gotten my point, let me reiterate it here that "WE ARE THRILLED WE WENT WITH MIAMI CUSTOM POOLS!" Please feel free to use us anytime for a future reference as needed. LOVE OUR POOL !!. I want to take a moment to thank you for your outstanding customer service during the renovations of my pool. Your constant attention and communications made the project flow very smoothly. In today's market, unfortunately, quality, customer service is a dying trend, but I can say that your day to day contact on everything from selecting the products all the way to the completion and follow ups were way above average.

The contractors that did the work were very professional, friendly, and helpful as well. As you know, I previously had unsatisfactory work done on my pool and as a result unexpected repairs had to be done by you. I appreciate that you discovered the issues and though you had to readjust contractors schedules, were willing to do so to fix those problems.

My pool looks beautiful and we love our backyard!
