My Bells Alf Corp. The Owner/Administrator is abusive to the elderly that reside at the ALF. The residents room are dark. The light in the room is from the sunlight which many times was blocked by a tall wooden fence that surrounds the house. In addition, he does not allow the residents to have visitors or watch television past 8:00 PM. He becomes very verbal abusive toward the residents and staff if he finds them watching television past his curfew. The dinners consist of bologna and cheese sandwiches with Hawaiian fruit punch. He does not inform family members of any additional medication that were prescribed to the residents. He gives them sleeping pills so that he and/or anyone in his poorly educated staff would not give them the attention they need and deserve . Residents are not allowed to use a phone and family member are not allowed to place a phone line or a cell in the residents room. The communication with his "staff" is very poor. They are terrified of saying anything that will cause them to loose their job.
