HORRIBLE service. I am a single mom of 2 babies and I waited 1.5 MONTH to get anything done. First, they gave me wrong information on the cameras available. Then - never sent me an estimate for 2 weeks. Then I started calling them every day, with my babies on my arms, asking for an astimate. They never fallowed up, so I had to call every day reminding them to send me the estimate. After 1.5 month still no service. When I called and explained that I must leave the state for a business trip and was counting on the cameras being set up for my babies, the OWNER said they apologise and that they wont do it. The appointment was on a Thursday, after 1.5 month of waiting and on a Wednesday they told me - NO.

HORRIBLE.

Just wanted to thank you for handling the repair of my florescent lighting fixtures so promptly last year and again today. Your serviceman Larry was courteous, helpful, quick, thorough and neat on both occasions. I really appreciate the job he did. Rest assured, that should I need your service in the future, or am asked if I know an excellent electric service company, it will be yours!

Best in Miami. I seem to always be asking for a good electrician, ever since I moved to Miami 12 years ago! Thankfully, I think I just found the best electricians in Miami- Wiremasters Electric. I just got a thank you note for doing business with them, that kind of personal touch is rarely seen these days, I highly recommend them.

No One is Better Than Ezra!. I had a fire in my AC handler. Ezra from Wiremasters Electric replaced the wiring and installed a new breaker box for the handler. He was prompt, efficient and very pleasant. Ezra looked at it, knew exactly what had happened, told me what it would cost, performed the work, and the world is beautiful again! Also, the girls, Katrina and Paola, who work in the office are superb. They are bright, efficient and upbeat. No one would be able stay upset very long when talking to them! - Connie G. -
